LTC's property services sub-group HML was demerged from LTC group and floated on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2006.

As part of the demerger arrangements LTC shareholders received one share in HML Holdings plc for every two held in LTC.

HML group has grown quickly since its floatation attracting additional equity capital from institutional investors. LTC continues to hold a significant minority interest.
